Job Responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance of the District Cooling System (DCS) plants and other field works
• Manage a team of plant engineers in the analysis and optimization of DCS plant operations & maintenance
• Supervise and lead all operations and maintenance processes
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, including contract management
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
• Plan, implement and monitor DCS plants' service and maintenance programme
• Responsible for the preparation and execution of planned maintenance schedule and to ensure that work methods are implemented and comply with the establish standards and procedure
• Responsible for the administration of Permit to Work system
• Review and improve Preventive Maintenance program
• Prepare operations and maintenance performance reports as well as conduct operations audits
• Ensure compliance with all the health and safety rules and regulations

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience
• Good understanding of the technical features ACMV and District Cooling System
• Practical experience in Energy Management System (EMS)
• Good knowledge facilities machines and equipment
• Good awareness of Environment, Health and Safety
