Job duties:
- Setting up and dealing with installation with new equipment
- Managing and leading a team in quality control department
- Performing efficient equipment breakdown recovery, and performing preventive & corrective action
- Conducting improvement and maintenance work
- Ensuring maintenance of measurement machine performance and capability
- Controlling process stability to detect process deviation earlier
- Performing Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) and correlation studies for measurement machine
Requirements:
- Degree in Quality Management & Mechanical Engineering or relevant
- 2 to 4 years quality control experience or relevant
- Understanding Statistical related tools and Measurement System Analysis
- Proficient in leadership to lead a team
