Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications

  • Work closely with senior management to formulate integrated communication and media strategies to inform and promote the Company's key initiatives and developments.
  • Brief and co-ordinate with external public relation firm on the development of public relation plans and manage day to day public relation and media activities.
  • Work with external vendors on the drafting of corporate materials for media interviews and ensure spokespersons are adequately prepared for all the events and interviews.
  • Daily monitoring of key media and timely dissemination of issues relating directly or indirectly to the Company and related companies.
  • Manage and update content on digital communication platforms such as corporate websites and related social media platforms.
  • Organise and co-ordinate all investor relations activities and events.
  • Preparation of annual reports, marketing communications plan, press releases and presentation slides for quarterly announcements, transactions, and marketing collaterals.
  • Assist to research and prepare presentations on industry trends, investment products and business analysis.


Shareholder's Club (SC)

  • Plan and conceptualise marketing collaterals to increase awareness of SC and its initiatives.
  • Contribute to and strengthen fundraising proposals to ensure robust and creative marketing and communication considerations are adopted.
  • Organise and co-ordinate activities and events such as webinars, fireside chats, meetings, group trips, collaboration with partners and stakeholders and SC benefits.
  • Plan, coordinate and create content for SC's website, articles, events, and related social media platforms.
  • Assist to develop presentations, proposals, and board papers of investment products.
  • Assist to manage overall shareholders' relations and build consistent and regular touch points.
  • Assist to build SC database and deliver insights through analytics, dashboards, and multiple data collection modes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or in any related field.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in marketing or marketing communications. Candidates with experience working in public listed companies would be advantageous.
  • Excellent in digital marketing and well versed in using marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess positive working attitude, have team work spirit and able to work independent.
  • Candidate that is able to start work immediately or within short notice would be advantageous.
