Responsibilities

• To conduct operation review for business, including internal controls testing and evaluation, process improvement and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements -US GAPP, SOX 404
• Provide recommendation on process improvements and influence stakeholders across the business to implement control processes
• Review and analyse various USHQ and APHQ requirements
• Coach junior finance analyst
• To provide guidelines, advice and control training to Asia Pacific countries on US GAAP, SOX 404 requirements

Requirements

• Min 2 years of supervisory experiences with at least 4 years of experiences in Big 4 Audit firm
• Good knowledge on US GAAP / SOX 404
• Willing to travel within APAC
