My client is a UK MNC with a well-established reputation in over 100 countries globally. They are currently searching for a Senior HR Executive to be based in their Singapore office.
Talent Acquisition
* Responsible for the recruitment process for respective BL/s
* Partner with the business to determine sourcing strategies and provide appropriate candidate pool for interview process
* Build relationships with local hiring vendors
* Manage approval process and execute new hire process to ensure smooth transition for new employees
* Facilitate offers of employment
* Participate employer Branding - career fairs
* Organise and co-facilitate new hire onboarding sessions
Employee Relations
* Jointly resolve people issues with managers, uphold integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times
* Analyse trends and make recommendations that will enhance company culture
* Manage all performance issues to positive resolution balancing business needs, positive employee relations and legal requirements
* Communication of HR policies and procedures
* Coaching and counseling managers and employees on various HR related issues
* Conduct Exit Interviews
Rewards
* Work with Business Line Heads and managers on the recommendations for annual Salary & bonus Review
* Prepare salary proposals as required for new hires and employees' salary adjustment
Business Partnering
* Jointly work with managers to build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organisation's business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement
* Work closely with key stakeholders to drive organization structures and people process changes to improve productivity and optimization of manpower resources to meet business objectives
* Build relationship with managers and employees in the organisation
* Review with business leaders on training needs analysis
* Co-drive employee engagement for the Business Line responsible
Others
* Assist with benefits, payroll queries
* Industrial Relations
* Review and renewal of Insurances & Benefits
* Support HR administration which includes and not limited to:
* Letter of Appointment
* Confirmation and cessation letters,
* Work pass application and renewal,
* Application, renewal and cessation of Jurong Island pass
* Repatriation of foreign workers
* HRIS - create new employee data in HRIS and update staff transfer, career progression
Job Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to multi-task and work well in a team
* Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions
* Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
