Main Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Shortlisting of candidates from production operators and to technicians.
• Arranging of interview sessions with the stakeholders for all the above mentioned positions.
• Conducting selection interviews together with the relevant Business Unit heads or representatives.
• Preparing salary proposal and making job offers to successful interview candidates
• Handling and managing of on boarding matters prior to new employee's start work date
• Ensuring HR Shared Service Team has submitted entry approval and purchase Security Bond if necessary
• Arranging pre medical screening with HR Shared services.
• Arranging of mandatory training (before the employee can start work) with Learning & Development team
• Ensuring that HRSS arrange for swab test for applicable employee
• Updating the respective HR Business Partner on the confirmed join date of the new employees
• Coordinating with HRSS team and Department Admin staff for vaccination and other Covid 19 related matters for workers.

Contractor Management

• Developing a framework on managing contractors
• Establishing a tracking system for contractors
• Developing a Process management map
• Communicating and cascading of information with business units regarding contractor management
• Reviewing and assessing the current clocking system for contractor, looking into how to improve the current system to fulfil internal stakeholders' requirements
• Exploring automation of processes
• Maintaining a contractor database for better management

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration or HR
• Min 2 years of extensive recruitment experience in construction or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in handling foreign workers in construction/ manufacturing industry will be advantageous
• Able to adapt well in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Location: West
Contract duration: 1 year contract with permanent staffs benefits (May be renewable)
Working hours: 830am - 530pm (Monday to friday)
