Key requirements

• Able to support organization in implementing impactful learning innovation across organization in local level
• To oversees and improve new learning methods for impactful learning experiences for staffs of all levels
• To identify and keep in touch with learning trends and make continuous improvement to organization's learning programmes
• Able to transform data into key information and insights that will aid in making key decision
• Gather data collections and ensure smooth running of feedback mechanism and to generate data-driven , actionable insights into learning within organization
• To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil organization's objectives

Requirements

• Min 6 years in related role and with min 2 years of supervisory experiences
• Able to digest large amount of data
• Analytical mind-sets and innovative
• Seeks continuous improvement and challenges

• Central
• 5 days week
