Job Scope:

  • Creating visionary futures with ambitious senior clients and c-suites, develop unique value propositions that change the game for consumers, and launch new ventures which redefine markets in the Business Design & Growth in the organization's innovation practice working with key partner clients
  • Use human-centred design concepts to reimagine, rather than optimize, for future business and industry challenges
  • Identify and articulate both existing and new value streams as they emerge through design
  • Conduct commercial analysis and viability of new opportunities drawing from macro and micro trends, leveraging prior knowledge of functional and industry verticals
  • Manage key client relationships as well as operations in the day to day running of projects as well as provide strategic input and direction to project teams
  • Support senior leadership in growing accounts and driving new revenue streams for the business, and move client conversations via the innovation experience
  • Develop project workplans around team needs, and manage resources and project forecasting
  • Manage projects profitably within the original scope by managing team tasks flexibly within budget, and identifying and solving for any client scope creep
  • Identifies and seed opportunities for follow-on involvement to project, or within client

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree or Masters in Business or equivalent fields
  • 10+ years of extensive experience running and leading innovation and discovery workshops using an organization's proprietary methodologies
  • Deep experience in technology and enterprise consultative sales, value strategy, and innovation at the organization that directly leans into skills of Business Design
  • Proven experience crafting proposals and sales materials
  • Experience in pricing, project planning, and profitability management
  • Global internal network, including Client Account Leads, functional leads, and practice areas from previous experience at the organization that strengthen relationships of the practice to other parts of the business
  • Ability to navigate and manage the matrix structure of the team as well as within the organization at large
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
