Job Scope
- You will manage the insurance services business, conduct marketing analysis for competitiveness and work with strategic partners to develop & implement new insurance products and/or enhance existing ones;
- Lead and motivate the insurance service team to achieve business targets, key performance indicators and customer service standards;
- Formulate and implement marketing plans relating to insurance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns & promotions;
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements and guidelines from GIAS and the relevant authorities;
- Evaluate statistics, prepare the monthly performance reports and proposals for Board of Director's approval;
- Act as consultant to the Organisation's insurance & / claims matters;
- Conduct in house training for staff;
- Assist and carry out any ad-hoc project assigned by the Management.
Requirement
- Degree / Professional qualifications in General and Life Insurance
- Experience in Insurance / Marketing / Business Development
- 8 years of supervisory and management experience in motor, general and life insurance
