We are looking for a Senior Marcom Executive to join our organization, ManpowerGroup®. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s brand, vision and target audience
Develop and execute communication strategies, traditional and online, to promote the company’s business and branding objectives such as media releases, social media postings and events
Plan and execute thought leadership and branding activities
Conceptualize and execute communication materials, including corporate collaterals, web stories, articles, blog posts and manage content of all public communication channels
Lead issues management and crisis communications; including case investigation and research, and develop media holding statements
Develop a wide range of communication materials including but not limited to writing media releases, pitching of stories, handling media Q&As and interview preparations scanning daily news and working on brand messaging, bylines, executive business presentations and media analysis
Track, monitor and analyze online and social media coverage of the company
Diploma/degree in journalism, mass communications or equivalent
Min 3 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, events management or journalism
Experience in developing a communications plan for diverse audiences. Proficiency in media release writing, story pitching, handling media queries and managing media relations
Good project management skills, able to conceptualize, lead and manage events and communications projects
A strong writer with experience in the conceptualization and production of marketing communications material
Good command of the English language (spoken and written) and strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of trends in social media and expertise in use of social media to engage with a wide variety of audiences
Proficient with media monitoring tools
