JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive development of shopper/channel marketing strategies to achieve desired brand and sales objective across all dairy categories
• Execute and roll-out campaigns and new product launches
• Create and brief designs, print and allocate BTL collaterals to sales team
• Manage and monitor trade promotions and in-store execution like planogram, secondary displays, sampling and roadshow activations for retail channels
• Work closely with sales team on retail promotional packs, price changes and distribution expansion
• Category, data and competitor analysis by utilising internal data and scan sales to identify products and channel development opportunities
• Source and keep track of premiums and secondary packaging
• There is at least one to two new product developments (NPD) yearly
• Work with agencies to plan, manage and monitor in-store sampling and roadshow activations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in commerce, marketing or any related fields
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years marketing experience in the FMCG/F&B industry
• Experience in retail channels
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) is added advantage
• Proactive, independent and flexible marketer
