JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive development of shopper/channel marketing strategies to achieve desired brand and sales objective across all dairy categories
- Execute and roll-out campaigns and new product launches
- Create and brief designs, print and allocate BTL collaterals to sales team
- Manage and monitor trade promotions and in-store execution like planogram, secondary displays, sampling and roadshow activations for retail channels
- Work closely with sales team on retail promotional packs, price changes and distribution expansion
- Category, data and competitor analysis by utilising internal data and scan sales to identify products and channel development opportunities
- Source and keep track of premiums and secondary packaging
- There is at least one to two new product developments (NPD) yearly
- Work with agencies to plan, manage and monitor in-store sampling and roadshow activations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in commerce, marketing or any related fields
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years marketing experience in the FMCG/F&B industry
- Experience in retail channels
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD) is added advantage
- Proactive, independent and flexible marketer
