Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Provide redesign and improvements to equipment
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
  • Lead repairs, improvement project implementation and liaise with vendors / contractors on scope of work.
  • Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), conduct investigation, create solutions and take full ownership of the report, including coordinating/ follow-up investigation with team member.
  • Compile and monitor Equipment Reliability Action Tasks execution and completion then analyze and optimize.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in mechanical Engineering or any relevant trade certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a process plant with maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical / process systems.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team with good troubleshooting skill.
