Job duties:
Ensuring building always in tip top condition
Resolving operational and client issues to ensuring service continuity and perfection
Managing & planning all preventive, corrective, and maintenance of related system and to comply with the industrial best practices and local governance requirements
Strategic planning and performing day to day operations management of the property
Working with top management team to set business operations strategies and performance indicators
Lead the review of operating procedures and service standards and directs all property facilities services including cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, security, pest control, and ensuring property running smooth
Implementing and enforcing safe work practices based on risk assessment
Driving innovation and productivity efforts as well as technology adoption to enhance property operations and service delivery
Creating and maintaining positive relationship with the landlords, tenants, vendors, contractors, and all customers
Ensuring on-the-ground operations are well coordinated, drills, exercises, trainings are carried out as per schedule and all safety measures are put In place
Be accountable for financial and people management which including budgeting, cost control, organizational capability development, manpower deployment, performance management as well as staff discipline
Requirements:
Degree in any field
8 to 11 years experiences in managing Grade A building
