Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking and packing e-commerce orders, and arranging for fulfilment
• Responsible for processing trade orders, and arranging for invoicing and fulfilment
• Ensure proper record and documentation of incoming and existing inventory
• Responsible for quality checks of inventory
• Perform shipment coordination with freight forwarders, customers and vendors
• Manage defective and expiring inventory and facilitate disposal
• Coordinate and track purchases from suppliers
• Keep inventory records for forecasting purchasing needs
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Any other miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehousing environment
• Able to lift loads up to 20kg
