Job Responsibilities:

• Managing Patent portfolios of local & international clients
• Patent drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conducting patent research and audits
• Advising on Singapore's patent laws and procedures
• Identifying client needs and providing professional advices
• Developing and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential clients
• Maintaining the internal system
• Provide patent training for junior staff
• Handling ad-hoc projects when required

Job Requirements:

• Registered Patent Agent / Patent Attorney Qualification in Singapore
• Bachelor's degree or above in science
• At least 7 years related experience (include not less than 2 years of management experience), Experience in Patent international prosecution is a must
• Work independently and good communication skills
