- Develop and Review Social/Economic Policies, Policy variations/updates and research plans in line with business's overall strategic outcomes for the Retirement Adequacy and Uplifting of Low Wage Workers
- Ensure communications plans for the policy is robust
- Provide staff support for Workplace Safety & Health and Inclusive workplaces
- Conduct research in the incumbent's policy domains
- Review union structures and corresponding membership and union management policies to adapt to evolving employment landscape
- Work with relevant department for the engagement and development of workers in the following spaces: Women & Family ,Young Workers ,Future Workforce
- Work with the relevant ministries and external agencies in developing policies for the identified worker segments
Requirements
- Degree Holder with at least 3 years of experiences in policy formulation role
- Experiences identifying social / economic issues in Singapore Context
