Job scopes
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data
- Reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume and costing
- Understands local market needs, identifies opportunities & provides input to central PM (to adapt portfolio, performance & costs of the product portfolio)
- Actively supports Sales teams to "push" the portfolio into marketplace
- Plans & prepares launches of globally developed products locally
- Sets up local product pricing to optimize portfolio's growth and profitability
- Portfolio performance analysis (e.g. Sales/Consolidated GM II) and Range Streamlining
- Supports quality management (esp. in case of major issues or product/ packaging deviations from the agreed specification), communication & promotions (with functional responsible); coordinate local activities relevant for the product group
- Provide leadership and ownership for product programs assigned in IAM and overseeing market and product development activities across the markets
- Analyse industry trends and competitive landscape and respond to new business opportunities
- Execute costing and pricing Analysis to ensure good margin contribution of product programs
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Marketing or any related field
- Comprehensive knowledge about product costing/pricing, product related commercial/financial processes
- Good knowledge on vehicle automotive products and working experience in Aftermarket
- Creative, flexible, entrepreneurial thinking, persuasive and assertive
