Job Responsibilities:

Electrical Fault Isolation

  • Analyze customer device failures and identify if it is a valid or customer-induced failure
  • Formulate hypothesis to explain the observed failures and able to come up with the experiments to prove the hypothesis
  • Generate design-of-experiments (DoE) and bench tests to resolve the device issue
  • Good analytical problem solving and reverse engineering needed for electrical diagnostics of FPGA silicon failures

Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Quality Improvement

  • Resolve quality issues and drive for silicon and process improvements
  • Lead both external and internal teams for quality improvements
  • Work closely with customer quality group to support customers
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Process


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent studies. Master's degree will be a plus.
  • 5 years of working experience in relevant semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge in circuit design and circuit debug
  • Good programming skills such as Verilog/VHDL/C/C++/Tcl/Perl
  • Good data analysis skills
