Job Responsbilities:

• Lead and supervise production team; prepare production schedules and ensure compliance policies.
• Day to day management of process handover and takeover between shifts.
• Monitor daily production process and packaging process.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables and observing control points and equipment.
• Effective participation in QMS such as GMP and other Quality standards; creation of SOP, WI and records/forms, IPC analysis, deviation and CAPA management.
• Responsible to facilitate the review of Manufacturing Batch Record and Packaging Batch Record.
• Manage SAP in terms of batch closure, inventory, purchase requisition, work orders and other related activities
• Involved in process validation, cleaning validation and support operations to ensure compliant validation output.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Professional experience
• At least 5 working years' experience in a process plant with supervisory experience
