Job duties:

• Managing & Leading project team (site supervisor & project engineer, total around 10 people)
• Recommending right costing & budget to increase project profits
• Conducting forecast budget and advise on actual profit or losses to management
• Implementing bill of material (BOM) and project
• Ensuring all safety matters requirements met
• Ensuring project is completed within time frame and budget
• Making material procurement schedule and planning
• Liaise with all related stakeholder to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness
• Quality control and monitoring of sub-contractor work standard, recommend and suggest improvement or made correction

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any engineering/construction related field
• 7 to 10 years project management experience dealing with mechanical & electrical (M&E) project experience
• Ability to oversees & manage all HDB projects and ensuring progress
