Responsibilities:

• Manage human resources functions to attract and retain high caliber talents in order to achieve strategic objectives of company;
• Manage daily recruitment activities and recruitment projects across all business functions
• Provide advice/proposal to incumbents on recruitment, retention, and other related activities.
• Develop employer branding and employee engagement planning, roadmap and annual plan in order to construct positive company image;
• Develop and manage recruitment channels, platforms or vendors including job boards, search firms, internal referral.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any majors
• 5-8 years of human resources experience
• At least 3-5 years of recruitment related working experience in large MNCs, ICT, Auto Industry or search firm.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on daily recruitment as well as recruitment implementation.
• Ability to independently manage employer branding and recruitment activities with minimum supervision
