- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product and Operation activities with other functions.
- Supervise day-to-day sales communication and service operation by coordination with the teams and customers.
- Work closely with the key customers for the assigned countries within the regional.
- Support the management in the sales forcast for Budget, Strategy Plan, define the targets and plans for the key accounts.
- Working as the sole proprietor on the key markets' market sizes and share calculation to support the Management in defining the key and quick win projects in different region.
- Report the market trends or business opportunities, and visit the customers regularly.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related qualification.
- 3-5 years of related working experience in the Filter and Engine components Sales, or Automotive Aftermarket Sales industry.
- Possess knowledge in the Regional IAM Sales and Automotive Parts.
- Good interpersonal skills, customer service skills and strategic management skills.
