Job scope:
- Leading a team
- Overseeing RevPar penetration, competitor rate, sector trend analysis and external event calender
- Keep track of competitor's rates to propose next course of action
- Decision making on future rate setting and negotiation to maximise profit
- Working with Sales and Reservations team to tackle overbookings and transfer
- Propose rates and selling strategies to Revenue and Sales team
- Provide strategic business plan and tactical information to support Operations team.
- Report directly to Vice President
Prerequisite:
- Diploma/Degree
- 5 years of Management experience in Hospitality
- Excellent in problem solving and decision making
- Possess good business intuitive/acumen
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Work independently and team player
