Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales achievement and growth of distributor channel, General Trade and E-commerce
- Develop and align business plan, channel strategy to achieve channel's KPI
- Conduct regular business review with Key Accounts and drive joint business planning
- Lead and guide distributors to achieve company's objective, conduct monthly Ops meeting to monitor distributor's sales performance
- Work closely with Marketing and Operation team for Brand strategy, store coverage, display, and hygiene
- Monitor distribution gain and range extension
- Consistently review Retailer's Planogram and seek chance for category growth
- Identify new market segments and drive brand awareness
- Prepare promotional plans for new users or segments
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG Sales role
- At least a Diploma in Business or any related discipline
- Knowledge in Modern and General Trade Channel, Key Accounts and Distributor management
- Outgoing, self-starter and sales-oriented character
