Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing sales operating procedure and organization
- Responsible for effective day-to-day operations of company sales consultants and managing the sales group to provide best-in-class customer service
- Define the detail sales processes for establishing a sales operating procedure and organization, and support the establishment of relevant system infrastructure
- Translate and monitor sales targets from sales planning to actionable items for Sales consultants
- Manage and mentor sales consultants in their day-to-day operations to enable effective in-person sales & marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration
- 7-10 years of experience in sales manager and/or sales team leader in automobile industry.
- Able to communicate relevant information to all levels internally and externally.
