Responsibilities:
- Co-manages a team of sales operations specialist in order processing and shipping
documentation. - Submit sales turnover projection and achieve the sales turnover budget with progress tracking, analysis and reporting.
- Support sales and sales channel to expedite delivery
- Responsible for order processing and shipment of a few key accounts
- Assist in inventory planning and forecasting
- Update of JSOX and other operational workflow on a regular basis
- Improve internal control and business operations process
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years' of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Documentary Credit and Oracle EBS
- Advanced Excel skills
- Motivated and taking initiatives in problem solving
- Must have an eye for details and meticulous
