Main Tasks

  • This position is responsible for establishing sales operating procedure and organization
  • This position is responsible for effective day-to-day operations of Hyundai sales consultants and managing the sales group to provide best-in-class customer service


  • Define the detail sales processes for establishing a sales operating procedure and organization, and support the establishment of relevant system infrastructure
  • Establish the sales procedure working guidelines through the detailed processes
  • Set up the procedures for Finance, Insurance, COE bidding, Vehicle Registration and Delivery, and collaborate 3rd party partners via search and negotiate with them
  • Support sales IT system development (define requirements, find local collaborative partners, etc.)
  • Come up with novel and innovative sales process based on online platform, and lead customers to new purchase experience through that.

  • Translate and monitor sales targets from Sales planning to actionable items for Sales consultants (e.g., # of sales leads, # test drives # of contracts, etc.)
  • Understand quality of pre-qualified sales leads from Customer Data Analytics and assign the leads to Sales consultants accordingly
  • Have a clear understanding of sales conversion and performance metrics
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and delivery updates to Sales Planning
  • Recommend and support sales improvement initiatives which Sales consultants can undertake to drive sales growth along the customer journey
  • Manage and mentor Sales consultants in their day-to-day operations to enable effective in-person sales & marketing activities
  • Recruit hire and develop high performing and the suitable sales group members to support client sales targets
  • Identify training opportunities for Sales consultants and actively feedback to Channel Operations lead to ensure inclusion into training syllabus
  • Ensure smooth operations and functioning of Sales consultants on the client's floor and suggest improvements or routines to improve effectiveness
  • Assist sales group in realizing sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service and closing deals
  • Execute COE bidding on be half of customers and assist Sales consultants with financing options explanation
  • Have an in-depth product knowledge and understanding of the product, retail operations and SOPs
  • Have a sound and up-to-date understanding of competitor product specifications and the Value Proposition of client's vehicles


  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration
  • Minimum 7~10 years of experience in sales manager and/or sales team leader in automobile industry
