Responsibilities:

• Process diverse types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds, and digital assets.
• Consult with different parties such as front office and external third parties for security transfer.
• Consult with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer.
• Ensure all cash and securities break are promptly investigated and followed up.
• Ensure all transfers instructions are processed in accordance with the Bank's operating guidelines and compliance to market requirements.
• Manage security transfer queries from finance office and other stakeholders.
• Assist in and lead ad-hoc projects on behalf of the team.
• Work with project stakeholders in ensuring timely implementation.
• Performs other duties that assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or in related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Settlement or in related role.
• Must have hands-on experience in different types of equities like fixed income, funds, digital assets etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
