Responsibilities

• Prepare AR/AP and GL entries and prepare monthly & quarterly reports
• Responsible for Company and its subsidiaries capital expenditure and reconciliations
• To analyse financial statements on a monthly basis and to report on variances
• To help facilitate and complete monthly closing of main entity and subsidiaries
• Prepare and review purchase orders and enter invoices into system
• Analyze invoice and expense reports and recording entries
• Oversee accounting ledgers and verify its transaction
• Updating and analysis of the monthly expenditure schedules to identify accrual and prepayments to be included in the monthly management accounts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of post-graduate accounting experience, strong in double entry knowledge
• Able to cope in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer requests and invoices
• Knowledge on Navision Accounting Systems preferred
