​Key Responsibilities:

▪ Process applications for customers locally and internationally for Electrical & Electronic products
in the areas of safety and wireless. You will collaborate with sales and test engineers in reviewing
application enquiries to ensure timely activation and delivery of certification and regulatory
approvals
▪ Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations) and external agencies in delivering a product
that meets various worldwide regulatory standards
▪ Liaise with government agencies and regulators for updates on regulations and approval
requirements. Be proactive in anticipating such changes that will impact test or certification
requirements. Disseminate and implement such changes if it impacts the entire product
development and supply chain lifecycle
▪ Research and develop new GMA capabilities. Conduct training to staff and customers if required

Key Requirements:

▪ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline with at least 1
year of relevant experience in the areas of product safety and EMC/Wireless approval, and/or
basic understanding of testing, inspection and certification
▪ Experience in applying ISO IEC 17025/ISO17065/ISO17024 would be an added advantage
▪ Self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and independent with a strong “can-do” attitude
▪ Possess good customer service and communication skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain
good relationships with customers, government agencies, regulators and certification bodies
