• Senior/ Process Engineer ( Chemical Engineering in Oil & Gas )
  * 1 year contract, renewable
  * AWS + Perfomance Bonus, depending on performance + Fixed Transport Allowance

  * Mon - Friday ( 8am - 5pm )

5 POSITIONS NEEDED URGENTLY !!!

Main Duties
Assist in the sizing and selection of Process Equipment (Pressure Relief Devices - Safety Relief Valves, Rupture Discs, Flame Arrestors, Conservation Vents)

o Support feasibility studies / reviews, HAZOP / HAZID on new and modified processes
o Participate in the Design of Fire and Safety system for the plant (Firewater coverage; Firewater Containment; Fire & Gas Detectors; Manual Firefighting systems)
o Assists in the evaluation of design solutions
o Support the scoping, development, execution and documentation of upgrade projects
o Monitor performance and implement HSE improvement initiatives (i.e. audit, training)
o Exposure to International Standards (API, ASME, NFPA, ISO, FM Global), Company guidelines (Company Design Standards) and Local regulations (Singapore Standards, CP)

Brief Outline of Projects
* Understanding of Engineering Standards
* Planning and collection of relevant documentation
* Understand Plant and Equipment location and Layout
* Perform Pressure Relief devices calculations & other Engineering Calculations (main activity)
* Working with Vendors to determine the necessary Engineering requirement to be in incorporate into the Design work
* Obtain cost estimation and develop scope of work as Design package
* Follow up on execution of projects
* Equipment sizing and Engineering Design
* Process Safety Management & Loss Prevention activities and assignment

Skills & Knowledge Required
2 years or more of working experience in Engineering Design in Oil & Gas or other related industries.
