Job Description

• Provide support in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring adherence to requirements and timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including scope of work, specifications, contracts, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to facilitate smooth coordination and execution of project activities.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address issues, and offer solutions when necessary.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance during the construction phase.
• Assist the project team in resolving technical challenges and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and project closeout records.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
• 3 years and above of relevant experience in A&A work and construction (BMS SI) projects, preferably in a similar role.
