​Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for
diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Electrical and Electronics related products
• Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within
assigned markets
• Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned
revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
• Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various
product portfolios to improve profitability
• Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium
provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
• Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
• Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and
clients
• Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 2 years of sales experience
in B2B environment
• Prior experience in either one of the following areas will be preferred:
✓ service solution selling
✓ understanding and contacts in electrical & electronics supply chain and market
✓ digital solutions for products
▪ Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling
and manage volume orders
▪ Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a
short time
▪ Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
