Job Responsibilities

• 
  Manage End User IDs in the Joiner, Mover and Leaver process
• 
  Manage End user access and permissions and how they are identified and the roles they are then assigned.
• 
  Manage the systems, information, and other areas protected by IAM.
• 
  Ensure the correct levels of protection and access for sensitive data, systems, information, and locations (Department levels) are permissioned.
• 
  Add, remove and amend individuals in the various banking applications and systems.
• 
  Add, remove and amending a role's access rights in the IAM system.
• 
  Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation.
• 
  Drive organization wide strategy and implementation plans including but not limited to Privileged Access Management, Sign -On and IAM governance.
• 
  Gather and understand divisional and site business requirements for IAM (Identity and Access Management) services.

Job Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science with min. 3-5 years' experience working in Information Security related areas
• 
  Sound knowledge of process and procedures of Applications and Service access
• 
  Good interpersonal skills and ability to explain confidently and clearly to stakeholders' aspects of controls and security
• 
  Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• 
  Good attention to details
