Job Responsibilities:
- As a frontline ambassador to represent and uphold company image
- Greet and engage with customer in a friendly and professional manner.
- Attend and address general enquiries and provide accurate information
- Provide recommendations on liquor and tobacco products by identify customer's concern and preferences,
- Build and maintain good relationship with customer
- Proactive to upsell/cross-sell product to achieve KPIs
- Stay informed on duty-free allowances, restrictions, and relevant regulations
- Perform monetary transaction, housekeeping, visual merchandising, daily opening & closing and monitor inventory levels
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit airport travel retail working hours
