- Oversee all work delivered through a global, regional or centre service delivery operation

- Managing the teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies

- Meet operational and financial commitments.

- Support the sales process, as needed, by participating in the solution design.

Skillset Required for the successful candidates;

1 - Service Delivery relevant experience with multiple projects handled

2 - Qilksense and ETL technology hands-on expertise

3 - SAP BODS and SAP HANA

4 - Problem solving, analytical skills and creative thinking in order to handle complex technical / project environment

At least 10 years of experience and leading a team at least 3 team members

Degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
