Job duties:
- Install & relocate equipment at clients' sites
- Conducting start up and inspect parameters and configurations of vacuum pump
- Warranty support or paid service for vacuum pumps
- Troubleshooting any technical problems
- Liaise with tool-owner to collect data and schedules on the process of the tools
- Prepare & maintain accurate system logins and service records, filing, and reports
- Provide customer services when installing/relocating/removing of vacuum pumps
- Ensuring good working condition and safety number 1
- Standby on duty if required
Job requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma or higher in any engineering field
- 1 to 3 years experiences in service engineer
- Experience in using sketch and understanding drawings and schematics
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment
