Job Scope:
- Work with both client and the internal teams to confirm the scope for the request, oversee the implementation and obtain closure of the request from client
- Manage end to end process for the service request
- Handle escalation and getting people together to resolve issues
- Providing support for customer for incidents and service requests using basic technical and service knowledge
- Ensure proper documentation for all incidents and requests
- Follow up on incidents with external and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor issues/incidents/requests until they are closed
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or any related field
- With 2 - 3 years' experience in IT service management process
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
- Able to do basic troubleshooting
- Expereince in using Incident Management Tools
- Open to work extended hours periodically to meet deadlines, if required
- Location: Serangoon North
