Job Scope:

  • Work with both client and the internal teams to confirm the scope for the request, oversee the implementation and obtain closure of the request from client
  • Manage end to end process for the service request
  • Handle escalation and getting people together to resolve issues
  • Providing support for customer for incidents and service requests using basic technical and service knowledge
  • Ensure proper documentation for all incidents and requests
  • Follow up on incidents with external and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor issues/incidents/requests until they are closed

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or any related field
  • With 2 - 3 years' experience in IT service management process
  • Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
  • Able to do basic troubleshooting
  • Expereince in using Incident Management Tools
  • Open to work extended hours periodically to meet deadlines, if required
  • Location: Serangoon North
