Job Descriptions:

• Assess on the workload and assign qualified technicians based on their service performance within the workshop.
• Negotiation on external contract arrangements with private shops and vendors for repair/maintenance of the equipment.
• Proper management of manuals, service buletin, instructions and references for technician, equipment and service operators.
• Monitor the overhauling, reparing and handling of all used or traded-in pieces of equipment.
• Ensure sublet repair such as machining, fabrications, pump calibration and others are on schedule and is completed within the repair hours that being accounted.
• Manage and maintain personnel, attendance, time sheet and submit report accordingly.
• Provide career development advice to team members and incharge of interview applicants and makes recruitment recommendations.
• Create workshop repair orders, oversee repair progress of jobs being assigned, obtain commitment for time of completion and carry out final inspection.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field.
• Experience in equipment/machine services within the industrial equipment industry.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and SAP is a plus.
• Technical background (electrical/mechanical).
