Job duties:

• Installing and provide maintenance for home appliance
• Addressing service repairs as required based on plan
• Maintaining and troubleshooting home appliance on client's site
• Improving service and finishing jobs and coordinate with technical trainers
• Solving technical and service-related problem for clients and managing customer relations
• Replacing & maintaining appliances & products and provide on-site sales of services
• Ensuring sufficient vans stock and parts returns processing
• Comply to company legal & audit requirements

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in electrical, electronic, and engineering related field
• 1 to 5 years home appliance maintenance & repair or air-conditioning experience
• Possess valid class 3 license

Location: Marymount
5.5 days work week, office hours
Basic + Phone & Laundry Allowance + Transport Provided + Incentive + Performance Bonus
