Job scopes:

• Work on Service Lifecycle based on accounts, ensure timely services renewals, and needs enhancement based on the customer changing environment Generate Services Revenue & Profits for the company through means of assisting the sales to win services and support opportunities
• Generate services cost and quote for the sales reps based on the deadline given
• Assist sales with services & support related queries
• Track New & Renewals services opportunity via Microsoft AX
• Track customer trends pertaining to services
• Perform data analysis based on Services win/lose rates and Singapore market trends.
• Customer visitation to explain services offering and gather information on customer pain points.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Preferably 1-2 years' experience in IT or inside sales function
• Must customer service oriented, self-motivated, team player, and keen interest to learn
• Ability to effectively present information to customer and internal stakeholders when required
• Cisco Product Knowledge is Preferred
