Job scopes:
- Work on Service Lifecycle based on accounts, ensure timely services renewals, and needs enhancement based on the customer changing environment Generate Services Revenue & Profits for the company through means of assisting the sales to win services and support opportunities
- Generate services cost and quote for the sales reps based on the deadline given
- Assist sales with services & support related queries
- Track New & Renewals services opportunity via Microsoft AX
- Track customer trends pertaining to services
- Perform data analysis based on Services win/lose rates and Singapore market trends.
- Customer visitation to explain services offering and gather information on customer pain points.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience in IT or inside sales function
- Must customer service oriented, self-motivated, team player, and keen interest to learn
- Ability to effectively present information to customer and internal stakeholders when required
- Cisco Product Knowledge is Preferred
