Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with importers or internal customer service to resolve import holdbacks consignments
- Handle email escalations and request for reports or permits
- Handle GST disputes and other administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Preferably some experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working alternate half day Saturdays
