· 5 days' work week
· Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities
· Discover customers' needs and find the right solution
· Assist customer on purchasing journey
· Responsible for conversion of sales from customers walk-in, emails, chats and other sales channels.
· Maintain visual standards, assist team members or performing operational tasks on the sales floor.
· Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers' requirements (style of home décor desired, floor plan etc.)

Job Requirements

· Working experience in luxury product / furniture / home furnishing industry
· Good interpersonal skills, comfortable with sales, people first and Customer-Centric
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Positive working attitude, open to learn and feedback
· Able to commit working hours based on business need
