We are looking for a dedicated and experience individual to perform, supervise and lead the on-site installation of steel structure, modular wall and ceiling system in hospital construction projects according to the plan in a safe environment to achieve the expected outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation of steel structure and modular wall and ceiling system
- Train and supervise the team of workers
- Maintain safe working environment onsite and ensure good housekeeping onsite
- Attend site meetings and toolbox meetings
- Apply site permits and any work permits required for installation activities
- Report to project manager for onsite installation work
- Manage and track installation schedule
- Establish close working relationship with main con and RTO for onsite work activities
Requirements:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering
- Preferably candidates with mechanical engineering background
- Excellent hand-on skills
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction industry
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Able to lead a team of workers to perform site installation work
- BCSS and other safety related certification is highly desirable
