Job scopes:
- Plan, execute and engage with users through social media engagement activities
- Responsible in managing all social media channels and day-to-day activities which includes developing relevant content topics to reach the company's target audiences.
- Regularly publish relevant and engaging content and maintain activity on company's online platforms
- Create, engage and sustain a viable online audience pool
- Execute creative digital marketing strategies for social media platforms
- Monitor, evaluate and analyse social media activity
- Work in concert with the team to implement marketing strategies
- Create or coordinate production of vibrant and refreshing content for publicity and brand awareness
- Film and edit or take photos at events/programmes for content creation
- Produce print collaterals/visual media for external audiences or stakeholders
- Creating online surveys/forms and develop digital newsletters
- Explore new modes of marketing for the company's programmes, events and services
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline such as Marketing, Digital Media and Mass Communications or any related field.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with social media platforms and social content marketing
- Experience in social media platforms and online marketing, design software, video-editing software and videography equipment
- Ability to design/produce content on demand
- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering results with limited supervision
- Ability to multitask and good interpersonal skills
