Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation, customization, and post-deployment support of software solutions.
Provide consulting and coaching to customers and partners on product features and best practices.
Collaborate closely with teams across departments, including Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in software application development, implementation, and support.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to work on overseas assignments when required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in:
Java, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
RESTful APIs / Web Services and JSON
Working with Unix and Windows operating systems
Familiarity with:
Web/Application Servers: Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, JBoss, Oracle WebLogic, or IBM WebSphere
Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Derby
Active Directory or similar directory services
Application Security principles
Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) concepts
