Job Responsibilities :
- Training of SPC methodology for operators, supervisors and engineers
- Regular verification of SPC effectiveness via audit and analysis of process capabilities, process stability
- Generation of control chart layouts, SPC procedures, SPC training documents
- Conduct regular SPC reviews with Fab personnel
- Presentation of SPC systems during customer visits/audits
- Authority for SPC guidelines and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Statistic
- Experience in implementation of SPC in semiconductor environment is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical techniques
- Knowledge of statistical tools
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- High level of PC skills
- Team management
