Job Responsibilities :

  • Training of SPC methodology for operators, supervisors and engineers
  • Regular verification of SPC effectiveness via audit and analysis of process capabilities, process stability
  • Generation of control chart layouts, SPC procedures, SPC training documents
  • Conduct regular SPC reviews with Fab personnel
  • Presentation of SPC systems during customer visits/audits
  • Authority for SPC guidelines and procedures


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Statistic
  • Experience in implementation of SPC in semiconductor environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques
  • Knowledge of statistical tools
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • High level of PC skills
  • Team management
