Job scopes:

• Provide Support Classroom trainings
• Creation and maintenance of training material such as user guide
• Provide assistance to Cargowise related request such as performing system, testing, develop and prepare test plans and data
• Provide on-site user support during implementation
• Provide a system for feedback from user to designated Super users to the project manager or management to be able to make changes in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Experience in freight forwarding with air/sea freight
• Experience in cargowise is a plus
• Able to train end users
