Role Purpose
To oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance and tracking of HR systems & projects. Focuses on meeting project commitments and responsible for all maintaining and supporting all HRIS systems. Delivering reporting models for HR colleagues and providing a stable system, keeping the HR team apprised of all future enhancements and driving the development of system enhancements.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/Information System/Human Resources or related qualification with 5+ years of HR system experience.
Technical Skills
- Key knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ideally with Employee Central experience.
- Significant experience with administering multiple HR systems (ie Qualtrics and managing HR system projects and experience with managing HR system vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of HR processes including employee data management, recruitment, on boarding, performance management, compensation, learning and leave management.
